We are thrilled to announce that Uncle Joe’s Foundation is bringing our mission of joy and community to Gambia! On Saturday, October 10th, 2026, we will be hosting a special Cook Out, and we need your help to make it a beautiful reality for the children. Our goal is simple but powerful: to spread happiness, fill empty plates, and create a day where every child feels seen, valued, and celebrated.
The day will be filled with delicious food, sports, and meaningful support. Our team will be cooking up a hearty feast of Chicken Yassa, a beloved local specialty, served alongside fresh fruits and Wanjo, a refreshing traditional hibiscus drink. But the fun doesn’t stop at the table!
We will also be organizing football games for the kids, creating a safe and energetic space where they can play, laugh, and just be children.Beyond the cookout, we are committed to making a lasting impact. That is why this event also includes our Tuition Assistance initiative, ensuring that children in need receive the educational support they deserve.
