It was a beautiful day filled with food, fun, sports, and laughter, bringing together 400 children for an unforgettable experience
Two months after first connecting to explore how sports can drive social impact for kids, we returned to put that vision into action.
Seeing the community come together was a powerful reminder of what happens when play meets purpose.The day was packed with activities designed to nourish both body and mind.
On the menu was a delicious spread of Wanye Ragu, rice, veggies, fresh fruits, and juice. But the true highlight was how the meal came together: the cooking was led by the kids and local moms, who were paid for their work.
Empowerment truly starts with dignity and opportunity, and this initiative put that value at the forefront.
Beyond the food, the children participated in a mental health discussion—a safe space to talk, listen, and support one another—followed by street football (soccer), a professional juggler show, and basketball coaching with friendly games.
